Welcome to elogbook.cloud ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our institutional e-logbook platform and related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and use the service responsibly.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You retain ownership of content you submit, such as logbook entries, uploads, and profile information.
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the service.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• It is your responsibility to follow all applicable ethical guidelines and institutional policies when uploading patient data, including obtaining necessary consent and ensuring privacy.

• Institutional administrators may access and manage data for oversight, compliance, and reporting.
• We facilitate secure sharing of data within authorized institutional roles.

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We use secure authentication and encryption to protect your information.

• We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with notice where possible.
• Pricing may be updated from time to time based on usage, features, or institutional requirements. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, if any.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.
• You may discontinue use at any time; data retention is subject to institutional policies.

• Subscription Cancellation: Institutional subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only provided in cases where service disruptions, technical issues, or errors on our end prevent normal use of the platform. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
• Service Fault: If we fail to deliver the service as described due to technical failures, extended downtime, or billing errors attributable to us, we will provide a refund or account credit for the affected period.
• No Satisfaction Guarantee: We do not offer refunds based on user dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to use the service. Please evaluate the service carefully before subscribing.
• Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless service failure on our end warrants it.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
• Free Tier & Trials: Free accounts and trial periods are not eligible for refunds.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
